Healthy Spaghetti Marinara Recipe – Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, Paleo-Friendly
- 2 organic bell peppers
- 2 large organic onions
- 3 tomatoes
- A hand full of organic cilantro
- Filtered water
- 1 pound of 100% grass-fed ground sirloin
- Garlic to your taste
- 1 tsp of sea salt
Take the bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and cilantro and blend them in a blender with filtered
water until the mixture has the consistency of a sauce.
Combine the ground sirloin, salt and blended vegetables and mix them all together in a pot at medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
Sweet Potato Noodles Preparation:
Boil water in a large pot. Take one package of sweet potato noodles and pour it in the boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes and drain through a strainer, Then set aside.
Take one glass bottle of organic, non-sugar, marinara sauce and bring to a boil and add to sweet potato noodles and beef.
